What an amazing house!! It was simply perfect! Adam was so responsive and quick to get back with any questions we had. The house was so close to the pool it made it so convenient for us to take the kids to the pool all day long. This is our 4th house staying in this neighborhood and this one definitely didn't disappoint!! Thank you for having us we will definitely be back.

Fantastic Branson getaway home

This is our second Thanksgiving staying at this property, and we've enjoyed both visits so much! The layout of the house fits our group well (grandparents, parents, 4 children) with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two large living areas - one up and one down - are so fun for whether family members want to read, play games, pool, or play downstairs. We love this neighborhood, as well, and enjoyed many walks in the area/to the lake. Our family also spent a lot of time playing pool across the street at the clubhouse -- even though there is also a pool table at the house which was also used often. There was plenty of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked. We made many meals at the house and also used the grill. We can't wait to come again!

Relaxing Home

The home was just as listed and great for a family getaway. Our 2 year old grandson was safe and happy. They have baby gates to protect Little’s from the stairs. The pool table was a bit rough, but fun. There is no ice maker, so bring ice. However there is a dishwasher. Along with washer/dryer that we didn’t use for our short stay. Definitely would recommend to multiple generations wanting to spend time together. It even had a child safe Christmas tree.

Nice place for family Thanksgiving

Washing machine leaks, a lot, left a large puddle in front of the bathroom door,. Pool table is not full-size or level. Which was disappointing to the guys. Everything else was nice, clean, spacious. Lots of places to sleepTons of stuff to cook wi t h.

Awesome Property for Family Vacation!

We came to Branson for family vacation. This property was so.comfortable and well stocked! We cooked half of our meals and used pots, pans, serving ware, the crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, and outdoor grill! The kitchen had everything we could need, honestly! And we could gather around the large table. There were tvs all over the home, toys, puzzles, and games. We had 2 patios to enjoy outside too! The beds were comfortable and there were enough for us all to have our own rooms. Very spacious and the home was laid out so.well for just spending time together. We used the laundry room and had 3 full bathrooms to get ready in too! The actual neighborhood was well kept, too. We just felt so at home and comfortable the entire time. It was also VERY clean and maintained. After staying in MANY VRBO's, this was one of my favorite experiences.

Amazing experience south of Branson

Our group of 11 loved staying at the house! It was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood pool was right outside. We could get to anything in town within 15-20 minutes. We watched the Memorial Day fireworks from Top of the Rock on the screened in porch. The owner and house manager were great at communicating and quick to respond. Amazing find for lots of space!

Couldn't have been better

Great neighborhood comfortable house love the sun porch that screened in and the bedrooms and baths were all great the only thing that I would say is the downstairs game room the pool table

Perfect for Families!

Home was spacious and clean with the perfect layout to allow our family of 14 to spread out. Well stocked with everything needed during our stay and decorated beautifully without fragile clutter that makes it difficult to have littles running around. This one won't disappoint!

Branson

First time booking a house using VRBO and the bar was set high. Absolutely no complaints at all about our stay. The communication from this host is unlike anything I've experienced. SUPER QUICK and SUPER RESPONSIVE! House was clean which is a MUST for me and my family. The location of the house within the neighborhood was amazing as it was super close to the pool and clubhouse. Loved the surprise of a second pool too. Overall perfect experience for us and if we ever visit Branson again, we'll be rebooking this house.

Early May in Branson

Cousins reunion-4 couples. We enjoy being together at least once a year. We stayed a full week, went to two shows, ate out about 6 meals during the week, cooked the rest ate the house. We enjoy spending time playing cards so lots of time spent at the house. This home fit our needs just right. We had a great time and had no issues with the home or the furnishings! Thanks for having a nice home we could rent.

Adult Cousin Girl Trip

The home was exactly as advertised. We used all 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 ladies. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the comfortable furniture & fireplace while we stayed up late chatting after full days of fun in Branson & Big Cedar Resort!

Wonderful accommodations!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of room for our group. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 3-10 and really appreciated the downstairs area. It was a perfect setup for traveling with multiple family members and kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend

This house was perfect for our vacation. It is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from all of the attractions in and around Branson. The property manager was quick to answer any questions I had, and the house was very clean and welcoming. The community pools and clubhouse are just across the street, which is very convenient. It had a well=stocked kitchen for our meal preparation, and plenty of towels for the whole group. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, so having everyone in the same space was great! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We couldn't have been happier with this booking and will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Plenty of space

This house was really nice. We had lots of space to spread out and enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and living room. The pool table was fun and the teenagers enjoyed learning to play. We will stay again next time we come to the Branson area.
