"Die Bilder versprechen mehr als das Haus hergibt. Die Wohnung ist ein altes uriges Landhaus, was in Teilen renoviert wurde und in Teilen auch nicht. Es gibt eine Scheune mit einer Schaukel, einer Hängematte und einem Sofaeck sowie einer Sauna. Die Sauna funktioniert bestens und ist ein Highlight. Alles weitere in der Scheune ist jedoch defekt, man kann weder Dart, noch Tischkicker spielen, da keine Pfeile und Bälle vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist für eine große Gruppe nahezu nicht zu gebrauchen....

"We had a fantastic week in the house and really enjoyed the area. The house is well equipped and had a large outdoor area where we had most of our meals. The view is stunning and the surrounings very quiet and peacefull. It takes about 10 min to the village Matrei and from there you can ride the lifts to the most stunning trails. We are already planning to come back next summer!"

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Sie waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Rückmeldung. "Het is een mooie omgeving en het huisje voldoet aan alle wensen, zeker met de twee buitenterrassen. De omgeving is mooi met veel groen, bergen en een beekje voor langs. Ook de houtkachel en de wasmachine zijn een plus.Er komt wel veel verkeer langs, waaronder treinen, dat je met name op het terras hoort en als de ramen openstaan. "Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Im EG befinden sich die Küche, das Bad, die Toilette und eine Abstellkammer. Im 1. OG sind 2 Schlafzimmer. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ein kleiner umzäunter Garten war ideal für unseren Hund. Da wo die Löcher im Zaun zu gross waren, wurde vom Eigentümer rasch geholfen. Das Dorf ist ruhig und die Menschen sehr nett. "Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Vor kurzer Zeit wurde umfangreich renoviert. Die Zimmer / Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Essensraum ist für größere Gruppen nicht der geräumigste und das dahinter stehende Haus grenzt nah an. Zur Kapruner Talstation sind es 600 Meter zu Fuß. Zum Skibus sind es 300 Meter. "

"Hat super gepasst.. wie in der Beschreibung ist das Haus zweigeteilt… jedoch nur am Kellerabgang mit ein paar Brettern.. das heißt man hört alles was oben bzw. unten los ist… die Terasse ist noch für die anzahl an Personen ausgelegt nur ein kleiner Tisch der voller Vogelkacke war..Obwohl ich 12 Personen angemeldet hatte waren Betten nur für 11 Personen bezogen."

"Un hotel muy lindo Enmedio de la montaña. Los chicos de recepción fueron muy lindos y amables con nosotros. Una experiencia muy bonita quédarse aquí. El desayuno fue muy rico y las chicas de cocina muy amables. El precio me parece muy adecuado. No esperes grandes lujos pero si un hotel muy bien decorado, habitaciónes limpias y un servicio increíble. 10/10"
