Nice home with lots of room. We were 12 adults and used all the beds. But didn't feel crowded. Could have used another bath or two but okay. Beach view and the beach itself were very popular. As was the nightly viewing of sunsets. Only thoughts on the negative side was the lack of amenities normally found in homes at this high rental cost. Things such as hot tub, pool, exercise equipment, out side gas firepits, etc.

Breathtaking vacation spot

My husband and I invited our immediate families to join us here for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and for smaller groups to do their own thing. The rooms and decor were beautiful and the view was unbeatable. Everyone loved it and had so many compliments. I couldn't have been more pleased with this location.

Beautiful setting

Clean, spacious, well-stocked and well-kept. Convenient to Saugatuck and Holland, very private setting. Eight adults, plenty of room, great kitchen and living room. Woild rent this hosue again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Property

I can't say enough about this property. The house was perfect for our family... 4 couples; 2 with small children. We've never stayed at a rental that included everything you could want.. down to coffee stations on each floor and a children's play room. We were also fortunate that the water level of Lake Michigan was low this year and we were able to enjoy walking along the beach, building sandcastles and playing in the waves.

Beautiful spot for large family gathering

Two master bedrooms on floor one, three bedrooms on floor two plus a dorm room sleeping 12, and another bedroom on the lower level with two queens. Plenty of space for a large hey together. The property has a sweet private beach 60 or 70 feet below the house. My only minor complaint is the audio-video system can't easily be connected to phones or input devices guests bring.

Family getaway

The property was perfect for our extended family off 17 to spread out and enjoy. The views are breathtaking the home is beautiful and very well stocked. I would highly recommend this property!

Best Weekend Ever!!!

Cannot express enough love for this property. It was simply magical. The house is endless, the amenities are everywhere and the view is to die for. I will never forget this weekend...it was everything for my family and friends. We will definitely be coming back!

Wedding weekend

Due to COVID we changed plans for my daughters wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate with our combined families. The property is so pretty. The house is exceptional. It was a very memorable stay! The only down side was after a gorgeous snow, that was perfect for pictures, 3 out of 6 cars got stuck getting up the hill. Definitely not a deal breaker but would be aware. If the need arose we would definitely consider this location again.

Great Big House on the Beach

This huge 10,000 SF mini mansion swallowed our huge group up. There’s was never a time where we felt over crowded. Everybody had a very nice bed to sleep in including the kids. Beautiful kitchen well appointed living space. We had everything we needed. Kids entertainment space in basement even had table tennis. Outside shower for the sandy feet. Huge parking accommodated everybody’s car. Minutes from Downtown Saugatuck...and most of all the view of the lake from the back of the house was extraordinary.. That view can be the only reason to rent this gorgeous property.

Just what we needed!

Our group of 2 families needed to slow down and get away during these crazy pandemic times. A beautiful house in a private setting with gorgeous views and sunsets was exactly what we needed! The home was spotlessly clean and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We hope to return!

Outstanding Experience

I would recommend this property to any and all. The house is spacious and gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful hills, trails, greenery on one side and the beach on the other. My parents enjoyed their privacy when needed. My adult children enjoyed the beach, water and sun while my grandkids loved the game room and trails. In addition the property management team was prompt, responsive and attentive. We can't wait to get back to Holland and the house.

Amazing Secluded Luxury Escape

Great rental experience. Agent very responsive. Home was beautiful, luxurious, secluded, serene. Very well thought out finishes and preparations for guest arrival. No cell signal at the house which for us was a plus, but good to know for others who want to stay connected. Landline phone provided and great satellite TV, as well as satellite internet. All in all an amazing experience and will definitely be renting this place again next summer.

Elegant, Spacious, Breathtaking views

This home is absolutely beautiful. There were 17 of us, yet we all had our privacy. The common areas, including the kitchen and dining room were fantastic for family meals. The decor was very tasteful, the amenities were world class and the view was to die for.
