I cannot say enough good things about our experience!! We travelled often and by far this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Dawn was an excellent host that thought of everything that you could need during your stay. I have already recommended this to several of our friends who will be traveling in this area. Wow! We were so impressed with the Nature Preserve Cottages. We stayed in the Lilly Pad. It was very clean & comfortable—perfect for a great get-away weekend. The decor was beautiful, and the extra special amenities were so nice. They thought of everything. It’s an easy walk to restaurants & shopping. We plan to come back!

Beautiful place. Tastefully decorated. Close to downtown Saugatuck. Had a lot of kitchen amenities if your family was going to cook meals. We had an issue with the bathroom circuit breaker blowing and not being able to reset it. Property manager said it would be fixed the same day, but unfortunately this was not the case and it wasn’t repaired when we left.

The apartment is wonderful. The decor is beautiful. Everything you could want including beach chairs are there. There is a lovely deck that you can relax on and when you overheat, the air conditioned interior is perfect. If you live cooking, the kitchen is worthy!

10 STARS!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dawns Vrbo. There are several Vrbo's on Dawns property so it was very convenient for our family as we could rent separate spaces next door to each other. The outdoor setting was beautifully curated and picture perfect with a variety of healthy flowers, places to sit, swinging chairs, lawn games and bird feeders to enjoy the birds. The property had a private and peaceful vibe, especially on our deck which was surrounded by beautiful trees. The indoor spaces were immaculately clean and ours felt brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and aimed to anticipate every possible need of the guest. The amenities were above and beyond of what you would expect to find. It was very clear that Dawn takes being a host very seriously and works hard to take care of her properties and her guests! She was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Lily Pad perfection…

First off, communication with Dawn was the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a few questions and she responded within minutes. When asked, she also gave great recommendations for places to eat and shop. The Lily Pad was immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything you could have wanted for a great stay. The location was great and within a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. We stopped in South Haven on our way in and enjoyed the quieter Douglas and the busier city of Holland. The beaches were beautiful in both Douglas and Oval Beach, and Dawn had beach towels, 2 beach chairs and some sand toys for little ones. Check out Interurban which is an excellent transport that can pick you up at the driveway and bring you home until 7 pm weekdays and I think later on weekends. It is 1 pp and only 50 cents for seniors each way. At a less busy time it even delivered us right to oval beach and dropped us off right at the gate which was so convenient and avoided the 15 per car fee. ( and it runs all year) We only skimmed the surface of all there is to do in the area, as we only stayed 3 nights. We’ve been to Michigan before and enjoyed each visit, but this is going to be our new favorite spot! We will definitely be back! Until next time, thanks for a great stay Dawn!

Great stay!

Property was very clean! Very close to social district. We enjoyed a nightcap on the deck in comfy chairs! Dawn responded nearly immediately when we had an internet issue and fixed it right away. We will be back!
