World class sunset views and fun pool was the icing on the Cake. Loved this property. Only slight criticism was the responsiveness of the property managers to a couple of minor questions we had. Understand its peak season, so can be excused especially with how otherwise smooth the stay was!

Great Weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend at this fantastic property. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was clean and bright. The check-in and checkout instructions were very specific - enough that we did not require additional assistance. Only suggestion is some more storage space for longer stays, but this was no problem for us since it was a short weekend. Beautiful property.

Annual March Madness Getaway

Every year my wife and I get away for March Madness. We look for a comfortable stay with a nice TV setup to watch the games. Mermaid Cove did not dissapoint. Location was extremely convieient to the local restaurant / bar and shopping district. Home was very well equipped with a great view, sitting directly on the water. Would be nice to visit during peak season to take advantage of the direct access to the pool and waterfront. We had 5" of snow during our visit! No biggie, enjoyed the fireplace!

Perfect waterfront location!

The house was just as listed! Beautiful lakefront views, a pool, tons of space, and very clean! We enjoyed a quick girls trip and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. We’ll be back again!

Lovely Property and Location

Mermaid Cove is a great property with a wonderful location. Close enough to walk to downtown Saugatuck which comes in handy because parking is so hard to find. I’d like to rent it again.

Location location location!

We had a great stay! We walked to town everyday, sat on the deck overlooking the lake enjoying sunsets. Pool was right outside our back door. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

Great condo, short walk to downtown Saugatuck and downtown Douglas. The condo was nice and clean and as pictured on VRBO. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and plenty of outdoor space. Nice heated pool for the condo complex with ample seating around the pool.

Beautiful Property

Great place to stay! Has all the amenities a vacation home needs. Great walk out deck and patio, just steps from the pool and great view of the water. Oh and the outdoor speakers were a plus! The landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is ideal and just a short walk to town. Will definitely stay again!

70th Birthday

This property was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the view of the water from our property. The fact that shopping and restaurants were within walking distance was an extra bonus. I would definitely recommend this property.
