This house was the perfect location with a 5 minute walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for our short getaway! Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others. Our kids loved the game room and hot tub!

Property is good, floors were very dirty (we are all no shoes in house), our socks and feet were so dirty from walking around inside that two of us tried to wipe up the floors after the first day.The back sliding door lock was not working for two days, until we had one husband try to tighten the loose screws by finger (no screwdriver was available).Microwave has a crack in the left side of the door, so we were afraid to use it because we were unsure about the safety, and could not seem to get a hold of anyone to check this out.

This property had some great features for a large group: lots of comfortable beds, lots of space to eat and relax and play, rain or shine. Great location to downtown Saugatuck. The hot tub was a bonus! The only thing that would have improved our stay were small things we missed having: oven mitts, a drain or drain mat for hand washed dishes, large serving bowls/platters, garbage can in the master bedroom, scissors, plastic wrap and tin foil. Otherwise, great stay!

Saugatuck Stay

Very cute and comfortable stay! The place was clean, updated, and in a great location. We especially appreciated having king beds, a cozy fire pit area, and a nice hot tub to enjoy. The house had a charming vibe and felt well-maintained overall.A couple of downsides: the toiletries provided were minimal—definitely not enough for the number of guests. More importantly, the checkout instructions asked us to strip the beds but specifically excluded the duvet covers and fleece blankets—raising questions about whether those items are cleaned between guests. Also worth noting: the neighbors clearly aren’t thrilled about having a short-term rental next door.

Perfect spot for three sisters.

The house was very quiet and cozy and in a good walkable neighborhood. The 3 beds were all king and very comfortable. The bunk room would accomodate 4 people but we didnt have to use it. Lots of sleeping space! Enjoyed having a tv in each bedroom. We did enjoy the pingpong/pool table in the garage. The only things missing were and iron/ironing board and a full length mirror. I feel these things are necessary in all rentals. It made for 3 women trying to get ready, a bit challenging. The outside of the house, the deck and yard all need some work. Some serious pressure washing needs done. All in all we all said we would stay here again. Great location and super comfortable!

Love the house! Everyone had their own room. Beautiful hot tub. Spent so much time shopping, bar hopping, dancing, eating and taking a sunset cruise that did not get to play pool or ping-pong at the house. Next time!!
