Perfect for our needs

This space was perfect for the two of us. We spent 4 nights there for a family wedding. We first missed the Alley for parking so we circled the block. The spot is before stogies. There is an elevator if you need it for luggage but the steps are easily navigated with luggage.Entering the condo is very

Saugatuck Stay

Quick trip to Saugatuck and the rental and location were perfect for a couple. All amenities provided, loved having two bathrooms and space was clean and comfortable.Owner was very responsive and the location was perfect and walkable to various restaurants and stores.

Long Weekend

We loved our stay and were very impressed with the condo, its decor and small touches that make a difference. the King size bed was also a huge plus. The location was perfect putting of all of our favorite things to do in Saugatuck within walking distance. Our host was also great and made sure we all the information for our stay and was easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Like a pigeon on the roof top!

We enjoyed our return stay to Saugatuck because we were in a great location for walking ease to the town. We used the rooftop deck to come back for lunch or a snack, and people/traffic watch. We stay at AB&B's when we travel and this one we would return to.

Awesome Location

The condo was exactly as described and immaculately clean. We are in our upper seventies so were not keen on going up and down steps to the bedroom and upstairs patio. We did use the elevator to get to the second story door. However, it was worth it because this condo was so close to the main street where there were several excellent restaurants plus the Star of Saugatuck paddleboat which had a wonderful sunset cruise. It is also only a 5-10 minute drive to the sand dune buggy rides.

Perfect Location!

Downtown Saugatuck is right outside the front door. Dining, shopping, live music, people watching all within steps. My wife and I needed a weekend away and this fit the bill perfectly. The condo was very clean and comfortable with parking included. Highly recommend booking this place if you are lucky enough to find it available.

Saugatuck Delight

I really enjoyed my stay at Jennifer's place. It's got all the amenities for things from cooking to coffee, from refrigeration to relaxation. And it's a very short walk to the downtown stores in Saugatuck. Or bike, as Jennifer has bikes available for you too. Comfortable for a single or couple. A plus is an elevator to the second floor.

Great property

This property is an excellent choice in the heart of Saugatuck. Easy walk to dozens of shops, galleries, tasting rooms and restaurants, easy drive to beach and other area attractions, convenient parking spot. Lovely interior and Jennifer was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

My husband and I traveled to Saugatuck to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We had been to the area numerous times but this was the first time we stayed in town. This property was perfect! We could walk to all of our favorite destinations and if we had a need to go further out, we didn’t have to worry about parking when we returned because the property had a designated spot. The host was great with all communication and we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved the location. Everything is within walking distance! The bikes and the guides provided by the owner was such a nice add. You can tell the owners love to rent.

Lovely Stay for a Lovely City

Downtown Saugatuk is absolutely adorable. Lake town vibes with cute boutique shops & good restaurant options. Our stay was exceptionally clean & it had tons of natural light. The decor & window treatments bring a calm to the space. The patio is peaceful with a view of trees on one side & the lake at the other. We brought our own bikes because we weren’t sure what quality to expect from a rental, but it was unnecessary! The parking was very handy, and the town feels incredibly safe. We left our nice bikes on the outside terrace with no problem. We have a 1.5 year old & our pack and play fit perfectly in the master bedroom. The upstairs toilet room came in handy. I will say — there are a lot of check out tasks, including taking off all bedding/sheets/pillow cases… combining all towels into a basket… & taking the trash downstairs/outside. I’m a pretty clean person, and I thought this was a lot to expect from short term renters. Regardless, I highly recommend!
