Great spot for friends get together

We loved our stay at this house! Three college friends having our annual summer get together. 10-15 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops, great property with beautiful patio and hot tub. Easy laundry machines though a bit noisy. We took the Interurban to oval beach multiple times with easy pick up from the house. Really appreciated having so many extra bath, hand and face towels too.

Beautiful Home, Poorly Managed

The house itself is lovely and in a fantastic location, which made our trip enjoyable overall. However, the experience with Vacasa’s management was extremely disappointing.We had noticed that the dates prior to our stay were still available on the app. We had a wine tour scheduled at 4:00 (the time of check-in), so we asked if we could simply drop our items off 20 minutes early at 3:40. We had even offered to pay for early check-in but were told no without any explanation.The fridge and thermostat weren’t working properly for the entirety of our stay. We had purchased many food and beverage items for the trip that we needed to keep cold or frozen. There was also an active heat warning in the area the entire weekend, and the house never cooled to the temperature we set it to. When we reached out about these issues, the responses we received were condescending and dismissive. For example, we were told to "just use the arrows" on the thermostat as if we didn’t understand basic controls, and we were told to make sure the door of the fridge was fully shut. It felt patronizing, especially as a group of adult women simply asking for help with appliances that weren’t functioning properly.The issues with the refrigerator and thermostat were never properly addressed or resolved during our stay. Additionally, the tone of the response was unprofessional and outright rude. Instead of asking how to make it right, we were told “I gather you are looking for some compensation-you should

Fantastic! Great location, walking distance to downtown. House was great, plenty of space. We were able to use the grill and hang out on the great patio in back. We were there to golf and all 3 closes were an easy drive. I will definitely recommend and if I ever have opportunity to head back to Saugatuck this will be the first place I check for availability. Thank You!

The house was very clean upon arrival & had plenty of amenities. It is in walking distance to downtown which was very convenient. Very pleased with the stay! Was able to message the owner with any questions and they responded quickly with great details

Great Pre season stay in Saugatuck

Hot tub, fire pit, bicycles, beach gear, beautifully landscaped back yard...all pluses to a well kept home! Three separate gathering areas inside, games, books, puzzles, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a well equiped kitchen, right down to eztra freezer pa ks for the cooler! A bit of trouble with the access code lock upon arrival, but it was quickly sorted out. And even though there were two coffee pots and two coffee stations inside,, we were wishing one was a keurig cup pot. The only thing we could find missing!!

Overall a nice place. Plenty of space. Hot tub was dirty. I didn’t want it cleaned while we were there. It should have been ready to use on arrival. Black top was being applied directly across the street. Very noisy and stinky for the first day of our visit. No compensation given.

Saugatuck

Great property. It was in the perfection location. We were close to food and shops and beaches. We were in town for the tulip festival in Holland and the drive was only 12 min from this house which was also perfect. The house provided everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay. Saugatuck is a beautiful town.
