Fantastic location. The condo is updated and looks really nice. It was clean and communication with the property manager was easy. We'll be back. The stairs were no problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, it should be considered.

Cool getaway

Excellent unit and location . Loved the openness and natural lighting . Had all the amenities of home and more. Surprised by 2 flights of stairs, but we conquered them which was good for us . Loved that it was centrally located, we walked all around town . No problem with parking. Saugatuck is magical !

Fun trip with friends

We met up with friends from out of state here for a weekend with them and their children. The location was perfect, as was the outdoor area and size of the condo. We were able to easily pick up dinner within walking distance and make trips to the park. The steep stairs to the condo and noise on Saturday night were the only real detractors.

Family Trip to Saugatuk

Great location with the ability to walk around downtown! The rooftop patio was perfect for our family get away - our little goes to bed early and my wife and I were still able to enjoy the sunset over the river while listening to the sounds of downtown. Bonus we were able to get to-go drinks from New Holland spirits right below the condo. Parking was street parking which can be limited but was manageable. Great spot, would stay again.

Short Stay in Saugatuck over Halloween Weekend

My husband and I met our son and his wife for a weekend in Saugatuck. I loved the property! It was in great shape (clean, updated and everything else you would look for in a rental property), and it was centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. It was fun being in Saugatuck over the weekend leading up to Halloween and the location of the condo was perfect to take advantage of the festivities. Slight downside was that the condo was over a bar, so it got a bit noisy on Saturday night but it quieted down at 10pm which was perfect timing. Would definitely go again!

Perfect Location

The condo is clean and perfectly located for visiting beautiful Saugatuck. It is central to everything and two of the town's best restaurants are directly across the street. The deck, which overlooks the river and marina, is just icing on the cake.

We had a great time!

Beautiful condo in a great downtown location. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the patio! We had no problem finding street parking. It was an excellent condo, highly recommend and would stay again!

Great view and nice layout

This spot was perfect for me, my partner, our teenage daughter and her friend. The apartment had more than enough room for all of us and a great view of the harbor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Girl weekend away

It is very conviently located, difficult to find however! no parking per se, if you find a street to park on to unload you are very lucky, it is extremely busy in this area !!it is 28 steps up to your condo, and it is fairly steep. FYI, the kitchen is equipped but very unorganized .... most importantly though is the air and heat component, we went in June, chilly nights and mornings, but Hot days ! for whatever reason this appt is very hot at night! we turned on air to no avail, we opened windows etc. All in all, would I stay there again, yes but Id do a little more sluething, before I did that. Plus we had a great time !!

Good time

I first would like to say thanks for the use of your rental it was all great except it could have been a little cleaner . Being a past owner of rental cleaning properties , I noticed things that I would have never let get missed . Dust under beds and dusty floors , pictures, shelves , knickknacks not dusted and cabinets doors not wiped down or smudged stainless . Thanks,

Great place

A very good place to stay in Saugatuck. Walk out onto the center of downtown. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Walk to lake and docks. The place is comfortable, roomy, and the porch is huge.
