Everything was as presented in the listing and was even better than expected. All the amenities, bedding, dishes, sleeping arrangements etc were exceptional. Our host stayed in touch immediately upon request but was never over attentive. Love to stay again! Bet its even better in the summer as the pool area looked great! LOVED IT!

The house was wonderful! I had multiple people in our group tell me so independently as well. We were celebrating our extended family Christmas and wanted somewhere that my parents could potentially get a sleigh ride! However, the weather did not cooperate for that to occur, but everything else was very enjoyable! The house as 2 (or 3 if you count basement) "living areas" to congregate/talk/play games, etc. The very large dining room/table is a great perk if you have a LOT of people. We had 18 in the party and could ALL eat in the same room at the same table. This was also helpful when playing some larger group games. Beds were comfortable. House was warm (for winter) and cozily lit. While we didn't use the fireplaces - we had that option. Only a few people used the hot tub, but said it was great. Parking - plenty of space for our 5 vehicles!Having rooms to "spread out" was the feature people enjoyed the most with people in 2 or 3 different large rooms (more if count basement floor) people could converse, play games, etc. without all being in the same spot - with individual bedrooms to escape for nap or break. We also enjoyed the Root Cafe downtown!We had no complaints on the property itself and would highly recommend to any group of 12-18 people If you have more than 18, sleeping would require use of the sofa beds. While I am sure they are comfortable, we were able to have everyone in a real bed of (counting the twin bunks). A to Rick and his home!

What a wonderful home for a large family event. We celebrated my bday & Thanksgiving. The home was big enough that we could all eat together sing play games but also find alone time to decompress. My siblings & I have children from 2-34 & they all loved the home. Can't wait to do this again!

Perfect house to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends and sisters! We had 20 people sleep here comfortably! Loved the long table in the dining room for meals together and games! Great sitting area outside by pool and campfire pit! Hot tub was spacious too! Property was clean and ready for us even before our 3pm check-in time. Property manager was helpful and in contact with us all time, even when power went out due to severe storms…the celebration continued! Easy walk to downtown to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Highly recommend!

This house did not disappoint! 8 adults and 4 kids from 4 to 70 and everyone was happy. The house has the perfect amount of space and bathrooms to not feel crowded. Backyard is beautiful! 15 minutes from saugatuk and 20 from holland and they have restaurants in the downtown which is in walking distance. Host is very responsive. 10 out of 10

Beautiful backyard with great pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. Kitchen was "fully" equipped. Great outdoor and indoor eating areas. Spacious parking area. Good location. We had a great stay and hope to rerurn. Thank you!Suggestions: Bathroom showers need updating. Outdoor gas grill had excessive grease buildup and could use cleaning. The propane gas tank was not turned off when we arrived, which could be a safety issue.

2nd annual siblings, cousins, girls only weekend

16 family membwrs from 18 to 75 stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect. Walk to downtown restaurants in 5 minutes.House was imaculate. Sleeping arrangements were great, beds were very comfortable. We love all.the different spaces to hang out seperately but also large enough outdoor space and dining room area for all of us to spend time together. It was perfect. We already started looking at other properties owned by the host since to experiance was so good.

Amazing!

My friends and I loved our stay here! We came in the Springtime, so we did not get use of the pool. However, we loved having access to the hot tub and having such a large space to hang out. There were 20 of us and we all felt like there were enough spaces to have our own time to ourselves. We talked about how we all want to come yearly and do this again and again. We hope to return sometime this summer or next! Thanks, Rick, for an incredible stay!

I had a very nice stay at this property, we had everything we needed for the stay and the owner even left us a bottle of wine aswell as a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying at this property. We had a group of 17 girls and each and every one of us couldn’t stop raving about the house and all of the amenities. We are already planning a summer trip with our families next year! Rick is attentive and quick with his responses. The house and outdoor areas had plenty of space for our big group. The pool and hot tub are big and clean. There are tons of floats and items for the pool. The house is in a nice friendly neighborhood. From start to finish, it was just wonderful experience and we had a great time.

Overall a great space

This house wound up being an excellent spot for my friends and I. Rick was communicative and helpful before and during the stay. Checking in was simple and clear. Check out was easy. We did need to clean many of the dishes, pans and silverware we used through the stay before we used them. Some of the rooms were not quite as clean as we would have hoped, but it wasn’t a major issue. I hope they add different exterior lights by the pool to help making hanging out outside easier. The house had many many, many of the things we needed and the group all agreed we appreciated its amenities and location.

A great home to enjoy west Michigan

My family of 20 stayed for 5 days. The pool was hit with all age groups. The house was great and very spacious. Can’t wait to book again. We really loved the location and we were able to explore west Michigan beaches with quick drive.

Beautiful and Relaxing Spot

This is a wonderful property! The pool is great for relaxing and you feel like you’re surrounded by nature. The garden that surrounds the outdoor spaces adds to a peaceful experience. At nights you can see many stars as you sit around the fire pit. The house has so much to offer too and you have everything you need in the kitchen. We had a great time sitting at the large table for dinner. The host is great and communication was excellent! Thanks!
