Stayed here with 12 people and really enjoyed the property. The pool and the backyard was great for the family to lounge in the pool and sit underneath the umbrellas to hang out. Plenty of room for the entire family and really enjoyed the entire property.

Wonderful week!

We had a blast in this property! Everything was as described. We loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit, and we had a great time exploring downtown Fennville! There was plenty of room for us and our seven kids- such a treat to be together in a wonderful setting before we start sending college kids off in a month. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful home and stunning garden

We loved our stay at this home so much, it had everything we needed and was located just a short distance from many sites we were able to tour. The garden and pool area was a true highlight, so beautifully maintained, and our pup loved the fenced yard!

So wonderful that we keep coming back

We absolutely loved staying at Allegan Acres. The house is fantastic, with a games room downstairs and loads of sleeping options. We opted for the heated pool and spa, and even though it was 45-55 degrees outside the pool was a big feature for us this year.The property owner is responsive, polite and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of our stay. Fantastic.Would stay again, have stayed again and will stay again.

Quiet Spring Break

Had at great week at the Acres, linking up with friends and family. March is definitely offseason for Fennville, but there was still plenty to do both in the area and up in Holland. Everybody had a great time and we'll very likely be back. We did have an issue with the weather making wifi a challenge, but the owner was responsive and worked with us to address the issue.

Beautiful, quiet, and fully outfitted

my very first impression was that the yard and exterior of the house are absolutely gorgeous. my second impression was that the interior is even more impressive. we just finished a bachelor party weekend here, and everything was immaculate about this place. There are plenty of places to sleep, there is plenty of room to hang out both indoors and outdoors, and there are plenty of things to do, already here. We had a billiards tournament, we played cornhole, we sat in the hot tub, we listened to music on the in-home Bluetooth sound system. We cooked breakfast burritos on the incredible 6-burner gas stove, and we cooked burgers and brats on the outdoor grill. There are PLENTY of cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, etc All you need to do is being the food itself and you're completely taken care of. I brought my own Dutch oven just out of caution and didn't even take it out of my car, and I love my dutch oven! The basement has a pool table, a ping pong table, a smart TV, a bar with barstools, a very comfortable couch, an arcade system with several games, and a bedroom with space for 3-4 people depending on who would share a bed with each other. my only wish is that there was a bathroom in the basement, but it's really not too big of a hassle to walk up the stairs to use the bathroom, so it's barely an issue. I'm running out of space for my overall review, but to wrap it up, this place is incredible and I FULLY plan on coming back here at some point

Simply Wonderful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this house and cannot wait to come back! I rented this house for my husband‘s 50th birthday celebration. We had between 18 and 20 people there over 4 days. The house is even better than described in the description and the pictures. It is stunning, beautiful, clean, cozy, inviting, etc., etc. etc. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals, but I have never stayed at one where we literally wanted for nothing. This house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of needing to entertain and live comfortably, including kitchen utensils, appliances, bath towels, pool towels, shampoos, conditioners, pool toys, games, mattresses, linens, extra blankets, lighting, food storage, refrigerator and freezer storage, parking - And that’s just everything I can think of just right off the top of my head. I’m sure there are more. If I could leave a 7 to 10 star review I would but five is the top of the scale for them so that’s what I’m giving.

Great experience

The house was beautiful and unique. The backyard and pool area was nice and put to well use as the weekend was on the warmer side. Plenty of room for the group of us. Rick was also great to work with as we lost a watch during our stay and quickly found it and took time out of his day to return it to us. And was always in great communication with us before, during and after our stay

Amazing Vacation House!!

Our group had the best time here! The house was spotless upon arrival and had all the household essentials you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were clean and the heated pool was warm even on cooler nights. The owner was very communicative and prompt with responses. It was the perfect oasis and we cant wait to go back!

Great Time In Fennville

My Family and I, 13 total, spent a week at this fabulous property. There was plenty of room to accommodate us. The pool area was beautiful and super relaxing and the house was supplied with everything you would ever need. Probably the best thing is the location. Very private yet a 15 minute drive to all that the Saugatuck area has to offer.

Perfect Family Getaway

What an amazing place for a family of 15. The house was great, comfortable, and cleverly decorated!! Plenty of sleeping room for all and with a group this size, many little areas for the kids to be by themselves if needed. The basement game room was well used. The fam enjoyed game time! Our favorite house attraction was the pool! Such a good size and deep! Lots of diving contests this week and for the non-divers, plenty of swim rafts. Fennville is a great location. Close to Holland and Saugatuk for great shopping, and fine wineries for tastings!! Finally, Rick was amazing to work with. He always responded promptly with any questions I may have had!! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend packed full of family memories!!
