Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartment is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. There's a queen bed and a pull out sofa for kids or extra guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the decor was beautiful and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was very nice to have a place to chill at when the family reunion wound down.

Our 4th visit to Doc Holladay’s VRBO! Why stay in a hotel! This place is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! Coming home from FL, we always get off the interstate and take a less stressful route to this darling place in a quaint, safe community. Thx!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It’s an awesome place in the rural countryside of TN. We consider ourselves fortunate to have met the owners, they were very kind and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is off the beaten path. It is a drive to get to fine dining establishments and groceries, but the host was very clear about that and the various ways to work around it. The apartment has everything you need to cook for yourself. It is very pleasant and clean. Perfect for a couple. You are less than an hour, from two of the finest whole hog BBQs in the world. There are some very nice walks in nearby Natchez Trace State Park. Doc was an informative and accomadating host.
