Beautiful view

My family stayed for the week and enjoyed every minute! The view is absolutely beautiful. Waking in the morning to drink coffee and listen to the ocean from the balcony was heaven. Having the ability to open and close the balcony doors was wonderful! The two beach chairs on the beach with the umbrella made it easy to head down to the beach and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and necessary pots, pans, etc. Grocery stores are very close and made it easy to stock the fridge and pick up items we needed during the week. Andy was very responsive and got back to me withing the hour the few times I had to reach out to him with questions. If you're considering a beach vacation, this is the perfect spot!

Wonderful Oceanfront getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this penthouse on the beach. The accommodations were spacious for our family of 5 and the ocean views were incredible. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and the beach service (umbrella and chairs setup) everyday was an added bonus! The only downfall was construction on the three towers. While ours was almost complete, there were a couple of mornings we woke to scaffolding in front of the balcony, which is to be expected when renovations are necessary. This also lent to the property not being nearly landscaped as well. Overall it was a perfect vacation destination for our family.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay. The views were absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect space for our family. Beds were comfortable. Only downfall was that construction was going on with the towers but it didn't impact our stay or the unit.

Great view-Owner Super Responsive

We love Shoreline Towers - have rented here several times. They're undergoing a massive renovation, so if interruption from construction will bug you just wait until it's done. Owners have no control over construction activities and things change constantly, so your unit may be affected in spite of what your owner or the property manager says, and their best intentions. Once renovation is done, there is no reason to stay away from this property. Location is fantastic, beach is lovely, beach rental crew is great, huge pool that is heated year-round. Nothing bad to say about it at all. This unit in particular is super spacious with tons of windows and a great view. We weren't able to really use the balcony because of construction but it will be awesome when construction is done. View is exactly as pictured online, and the ability to open up the storm doors will be super cool. Owner was super responsive and helpful with the very few issues we contacted him about. We liked the fact that they stocked the condo with lots of toiletries and bathroom supplies - it was a nice touch. Only thing that would keep us from renting again, and the reason we took off a star, was the two extra bedrooms had no window treatments. They have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there was way too much light coming in at night for the kids to sleep well. During the day there were constantly construction workers outside their windows so they didn't feel comfortable taking a nap, getting dressed in the rooms, etc. That won't be a problem once construction is done, but the light coming into the rooms would be an issue for those who can't sleep with a lot of light. Otherwise everything is exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed!

VRBO Disaster

This property was terribly misrepresented! Entire complex is under major construction. Two flat tires from nails and screws in the parking lot. Asked to evacuate premises mid-stay because our condo was scheduled for renovation after I paid for a two weeks. This is just a few of the many disappointments with this property. Even more disappointing is VRBO didn’t help at all so far with relocating or reimbursements. (I will update if something changes.) It was up to me to find new accommodations out of pocket. The good news is we finished our family vacation at a very nice condo with an amazing management representative. I will NEVER use VRBO again!!

Beautiful view, but the balcony was flooded due to construction. Looks like a short walk to the beach but because of the way beach access is set up, it's quite a walk around the building before you can access beach. Overall a nice stay.

The property is going under a major construction so there are contractors everywhere. The contractors are very respectful of the patrons . I would have liked to have been told of the construction prior to our reservations.

Check in was easy, the whole property is under construction so walking to the beach you had to go all the way around the building. The pool is not close to towers 1 and 2.

The BEST views in Destin!!!!

We very much enjoyed our nine day stay here. The views were amazing. It is in a great location. We had easy access to a grocery and target. Everything else was close by. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We look forward for to renting this property in the future.

Condo could have been a little cleaner but we loved the space and the view. Fridge needs work.

All and all it was a great place to stay. The rental process was easy and the check in process was awesome. Could not have asked for a nicer host. He was very quick to send information confirming our stay and was very quick to answer my emails.
