"This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! We all had so much fun!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and responsive to every question or concern we had. Highly recommend this 5 star VRBO!! "We were in town for a family reunion and opted to stay at a VRBO vs a hotel for more space and access to resources for our extended stay. The house was as described - spacious, clean, and in an accessible location to grocery, restaurants, shopping. We felt secure and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic way to beat the heat and enjoyed by my 10yo daughter. Home was well stocked for making small meals for family and there were no issues except we wished we had more time to try out the kitchen on...

The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. "Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!"

"The four rooms were perfect for our whole family of 10. Our 3 grand kids loved the house, pool and all the beach amenities: wagons, umbrellas, toys, beach chairs and mat. Great location so close to beach. We went every day and also to sunsets. Easy to get to all restaurants."

"A very clean and well maintained space. The hosts have you set up to really be able to make the most of your time! The beach supplies are perfect for spending time on the beach and the golf cart is a fun way of exploring Dunedin. We will be back :)"
