"The house was located in a quiet, nice, pleasant, neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house was located near all kinds of stores, pharmacy’s, and good restaurants. I’d I had to make a negative comment it would be that all the bedrooms were on the second floor which was tough for two of our party. The property owner was quick to respond to questions we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising "

"The price was affordable for timing with the Boston Marathon. It is an excellent neighborhood, the process and communication was great. The interior is just OK but that is what we were expecting. My only suggestion would be a bathroom remodel and get rid of the tub in favor of a small walk in shower. When showering with shampoo etc mounted on the wall it is very restrictive if you are at all above average size. And, shower curtains in general are gross but with the size restriction you can’t...

"Clean, historic, and truly beautiful. Clean is the number one priority for us. It not only looked and smelled clean, but we had confidence that linens, quilts, and towels were freshly washed, did not smell of mildew, and was not drowned in highly-scented fabric softener beads. As a matter-of-fact, I didn’t notice any fragrances (which, by the way, I can’t physically tolerate). Honestly this property was even nicer than the online listing shows it. We highly recommend."
