New summer house between forest and Sejrø Bay

This newly built vacation home from 2018 and 2022 offers you the perfect base for exploring Odsherred's scenic landscapes. With the forest just a few steps away and the beach within walking distance, you can choose between peaceful forest walks or refreshing swims in Sejrø Bay.



The house consists of a spacious main house with three bedrooms, a large kitchen-dining room, and a living room with a fireplace. One bedroom is located in its own section with its own bathroom, connected to the main house via a bright conservatory with large sliding doors. Deer regularly visit the garden, so keep an eye out early in the morning.



The garden has lawns on both sides of the house. One lawn has a trampoline and space for ball games, while the large wooden terrace with a covered area is perfect for ladder golf or outdoor dining. In the shed, you will find four bicycles and two paddleboards with a trailer.



Discover the nearby beach at Gudmindstrup with the Haveje burger bar, or explore Anneberg near Nykøbing Sjælland. Enjoy good food at Dragsholm Castle or the Tír bakery, and go on bike rides through the forests at Ulkerup and the countryside at Veddinge Bakker.
