"La llegada fue relativamente fácil, lo difícil realmente fue encontrar el Parking. El tamaño prácticamente es una habitación de hotel con una cocina equipada. La localización es excelente , a 200 metros de la zona comercial. En los bajos hay un super, comida, desayuno, etc. La habitación está provista de una Nespresso con cápsulas. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad / precio. Ideal si vas a Metzingen de compras. "

"Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung gewesen. Sie ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die Familie Savidis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen und auf diese tolle Wohnung zurückgreifen. "Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung – die Gastgeber geben sich extrem viel Mühe, damit alles perfekt ist. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und nicht überladen. Im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, da sich der Hauptteil im Souterrain befindet. Ein eigener Parkplatz rundet das Ganze ab.Als kleine Anregung: Gardinen für den Hauptbereich wären schön, um den Raum bei Bedarf etwas mehr zu verdunkeln. Das vorhandene Plissee ist zwar schon eine tolle Idee, reicht aber ggf für einige Gäste nicht aus - VG"

Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm kühl, da sie über Rolläden in alle Zimmern verfügt. "Genial, estuvimos en una habitación que estaba toda nueva, supongo que lo reformaron hace poco. 3 noches. Colchón muy cómodo, el del sofá cama no tanto, tenía un poco más de pendiente, pero almenos no hacía ruido cuando los niños se movían. La cocina impacable, pero tienes que pagar un suplemento de 10€ para tener menaje. Microondas y nevera sin ningún problema. No se escuchaban ruidos. Muy tranquilo."
