For your entertainment and convenience, there is a washing machine for your sole use, a kettle, a high-quality coffee machine and a dishwasher. The fireplace, which adorns the centre of the living area and creates an incomparable atmosphere, makes for cosy evenings.

The outdoor area of the house impresses with its spacious garden for exclusive use, which offers enough space for relaxation and activities in the open air. The terrace invites you to linger with its seating and awning, which offers protection from the sun. The hot tub provides refreshment and relaxation, while the beach chair is the perfect reading and resting oasis. The highlight is the covered outdoor pool (shared use from April to early November), complemented by a sauna for pure wellness and relaxation.

The area surrounding the holiday home is characterised by its proximity to the beach and the sea, both only around 774 metres away and offers perfect conditions for water sports and beach activities. There is a grocery store just 5000 metres away for your daily needs. The charming coastal landscape is ideal for long walks, cycle tours and discovery tours along the Baltic Sea coast.

Linen, Amenities and Parking

Please note that bed linen and towels are only provided if they have been booked in advance. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own. Children’s cots are available and bedding, including pillows and duvets, is provided in the house.

Your house features a private outdoor hot tub. If you would like to use it, it must be booked before your arrival. The hot tub will then be unlocked for your stay.

After each guest change, we completely replace the water and heat it to 36–38°C (97–100°F). The hot tub is checked regularly to ensure proper operation and water quality.

The operating instructions can be found in the guest app. Please make sure to shower before using the hot tub, otherwise additional charges may apply for extra water changes.

Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking space assigned to your house. Please note that our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Sauna, Pool and Leisure

The outdoor sauna, located on the terrace next to the pond, is available to all guests and is operated via a coin-operated electricity meter.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

Catering and Shopping

Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite.

For larger grocery shopping, you will find a Kaufland supermarket in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

House Rules and Departure

We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.

If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.

In every house, you will find the house rules and a spare key at the entrance door. All important information and guidelines for your stay are clearly summarized there for your convenience.
