The room and facility was fine, but this small town has very little to offer. We chose Hofsos because of the Sundlaug pool and hot baths, but they were mostly closed for maintenance.

New guesthouse very comfortable in this small village. Only problem is that booking with hotels.com, I was not provided with the entry code, the room numbers, the room codes and not even a correct phone number… arriving late in the rain with tired kids was not pleasant. Somehow guests opened to us ...

Frændgardur
This is such a magical spot !! The host was communicative and helpful and the property was cozy and well equipped. Possibly the favorite point of our trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Had to deal with a handful of flies on arrival that were stuck inside or dead but there was a lil vacuum so not ...

A very cozy and comfortable guesthouse, Matti is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay. It is well appointed, communication with the owners was fantastic, and was a welcome stop after a long day of driving.

Hestasport Cottages
