The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. "Everything was clean. The modern kitchen offered everything that we needed. The living room was small but cosy with the log burner. The staff satisfied our request with a baby high chair (a travel cot was also possible but we did not need it). The only issue for us was the shower which was not very powerful."

"The Larches proved to be the ideal place for us to hold a family celebration. Eight of us had ample space to spread out with room for more. The large modern kitchen was perfect for cooking for a group and proved to be the hub of the house to enjoy meals together. There are many good walks in the area right from the doorstep and Kirkby Stephen is easily accessible. Some window latches in the bedrooms need replacing .We would certainly consider returning and recommend to others."
