"We had a joyfull familie experience in Austria from this location. The home gives a good feeling of living in Austria. Big garden , carpark facilities, rooms are all neat, looking over the mountains from the balconies. We did mis a livingroom with cauches, instead there was plenty space in dining format. Interior is from the 1980ś, overall in good condition. For questions the owner could be reached by E-Mail getting a quick response. I would recomment this home for a stay and base to check out...

"Tolle Location, wenn man es einsam mag. Wenn man zu anderen Wanderungen aufbrechen will als „nur“ in dem kleinen lokalen Gebiet rund um das Haus muss man zwar immer erst die 15min Schotterstraße fahren, aber die Idylle ist es wirklich wert. Wir waren begeistert. :)"

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an heimisch gefühlt. Sauber, großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist umfangreich ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar. Der großzügige Garten ist ebenfalls mit nutzbar. Wer Lust hat auf Ruhe und ganz viel Natur, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist geeignet auch für ältere Kinder. "Ons verblijf was in één woord geweldig. Het huis was fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving, wij waren hier eind april, was super mooi. Er lag zelfs nog aardig wat sneeuw. Helaas was het dorpje uitgestorven daar ze tot juni allemaal vakantie houden. Maar als je het dal inging was daar wel alles gewoon open. De klim met de auto naar het dorpje (verbljjf) is wel pittig, dit gaat 23 % omhoog. Een aanrader om te doen is de 3 seeweg te bewandelen. Neem wel water en versnaperingen mee...

"Excellent lodge with all the amenities you could require. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning views which made for a very pleasant morning coffee. "Die Vermieter sind überdurchschnittlich nett und nahbar, sehr herzlich. Wir habe die Zeit in der kuschligen Hütte sehr genossen. Alles wirkte wie neu. Besonders angenehm fand ich auch, dass die Ausstattung nicht wie bei anderen Ferienwohnungen sonst oft so zusammengewürfelt wirkte: "Ach brauchen wir nicht mehr, stellen wir es in die Ferienwohnung". Das war hier nicht der Fall. Der Pellets-Ofen hat die romantische Hütte schön mollig warm gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung."

"Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung. Schön war, dass die relevanten Zimmer mit Fliegengittern versehen waren. Die Ausstattung entsprach durchaus den Erwartungen, alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war eine Mikrowelle. Aber es ging trotzdem. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut etwas Wandern (am "Kolm"). Für Läufer finden sich auch schöne Stecken. Die Entfernung nach Seeboden macht grundsätzlich ein Auto...
