"Heavener is a very small town that unfortunately has considerable poverty. That said, this is a great property situated within walking distance of the Runes Park, and only 1/2 hour away from great hiking opportunities at Winding Stair, great picnic spots (at Winding Stair or Cedar Lake). You can also take an afternoon (like we did) and drive to Talahina for Ice Cream and take your time exploring the amazing Hwy 1 all the way to Queen Welhelmina Lodge."

"Very nice and cozy house. Tonia was very nice. Had a minor issue the 1st night there and she was willing to come out at 9:30 at night to help but got it fixed before she left her house. Also spoke with her husband and he was also very kind and nice. I highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it. Thank You Tonia"

"We traveled to the Lake House property to view the eclipse on April 8, 2024. The Ranch was on the path of totality. It was perfect for our family and friends. "We had such an amazing time. The use of the hot tub made this really feel like a vacation. The property was clean and simple. "Overall the cabin was clean in regards to sheets, dishes and towels, but there is definitely a fly problem. There were dead flies dropping from the ceiling, piles of flies under the bar that locks one of the doors and a swarm alive inside.
