"We stayed over Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised with a clear view of the parade right from our window—such an unexpected bonus. The apartment is in an ideal location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The subway is just a block away, and there’s a grocery store about two blocks over. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. Best of all, we woke up every day to a beautiful skyline view of NYC. It truly made the stay memorable."

"Apt is on 3rd floor, not 2nd. Stairs are way too narrow. The apartment is no modern. It is a tight squeeze for 3 or 4 people, with one bathroom. It is convenient to Washington Street stores, Bagel shops, and restaurants. As is the problem throughout Hoboken, parking is an issue. Other than the above. the stay was pleasant and affordable. "

Pel que fa a la vivenda les fotos són exactes a allò que t'hi trobaràs, però sí que cal dir que, a dia d'avui, està envellida i que és necessària alguna reparació i canvis en algun moble, cuina, bany, aire condicionat i llits.Disposa de tot el necessari per a una estància vacacional i l'amfitrió és molt amable i atent en tot moment.
