"DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them. The toilet barely flushed, and they don’t even bother to change the battery in the smoke alarm, which was beeping for three days. The...

"Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. "

"Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. "

"Communication is very easy apartment was very cutely, decorated and clean. It was a great location with a great Italian restaurant downstairs."

"This unit was very nice and clean and in a great location. The kitchen was spacious and had most of what we needed. Would suggest adding some wine glasses to the glassware. The beds were comfortable and all 6 of us enjoyed our stay. One other suggestion would be some bedside lighting instead of just overhead lights for reading and ambience. If we needed an apt in Brooklyn again, we would return. "

"This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!!"
