"Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. "

"The host was very welcoming and helpful, but the apartament was quite dirty and we had to request the cleaning crew to come back. Towels had stains, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the microwave was greasy and dirty inside, etc."

"The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble."

"Not many tvs in home and the main tv remote in the living room was broken, living room was clean but the bathrooms seemed to have an odor maybe it’s the cleaning products used. Also there is a huge hole in the ground on the way to the game room, deff a big safety precaution we had to cover it with a box."
