Just as advertised. Clean, had all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, working AC and all appliances. Our dog was happy roaming around the backyard, chasing lizards and squirrels. We enjoyed the mangoes that started falling from the tree when we were there. Great host, great property, great location.

Florida Getaway

The property was just as pictured, maybe better. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host even had snacks for us. We asked about bottled water just before our arrival and the host brought over an ample supply of cold bottled water for us. The fenced back yard was a great place for our grandchildren to run around and play. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The beach was only about a mile away. It’s was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

We loved the house very welcome! .. it was very clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, convenient to everything around Hobe sound. We were happy to find coffee, water and snacks provided to start our stay. As a senior citizen it was wonderful to find comfort height toilets. We highly appreciated all the amenities.

Great Location

House is super clean and plenty of space to spread-out. Outdoor screened area to enjoy. Easy drive to Hobe Sound Beach for daily walking. Property Manager is very responsive for questions and advice for area activities.

Close to great beach

Very clean and great location! Mark the owner was terrific to deal with. Back yard is perfect for travelers with a dog Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in this area. Beautiful beach is a 2 minute drive away.

Fantastic home in Hobe Sound!

The owners thought of every last detail…there were special little items tucked away in drawers & cabinets. You will not need to run to the store for any supplies. The house was incredibly clean & well organized. There rooms were spacious & comfortable. The location could not be beat…a quick drive to a great public beach with free parking. And, all other spots within a short, pretty drive. Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful home!

Lovely, well appointed, immaculately clean!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this lovely home. We have rented online several times and have owned rentals ourselves. We were very impressed with the attention to detail (motion activated night lights, snacks, often forgotten toiletries, bottled water), the towels and bedding were first rate, and the kitchen very well appointed with upgraded appliances, dishes and cooking pans, utensils, hand soap and dish detergent. There is a living room and a den. We had our dog with us and I REALLY appreciated the fenced yard which we (the dog and I) verified was without gaps. The dog verified that there are squirrels in the trees in the back yard (several times). A nice table and chairs in the back yard with easy access to the screened porch and house. Off street parking, and a washer and dryer and beach chairs (in a room off the back porch). It is very close to everything in Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Stuart, etc...You won't regret your decision to stay here. The host is available if you need him but doesn't intrude if you don't. Perfect!

We were very happy with our stay. 3 bedroom plus den/office. The place was spotless. Mark was great about communicating with us and check in was super simple. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in working order. The beds were super comfortable and great water pressure for showers. Very close proximity to the beach. Would definitely highly recommend this home for a stay of any length.

Clean & Easy / Excellent Experience!

My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and snacks and supplies provided. Immediately upon entering, it was obvious that the owners care about their guests. The furniture and appointments made us feel at home. Check-in and out was super convenient and communication with Mark and Dawn was easy. We hope to be back very soon!

A wonderful week!

I had to schedule a late trip to Florida for my son’s baseball tournament and lucked out on finding this immaculate property! Mark communicated with me immediately and is a courteous professional to work with. He went out of his way to bring us a blender to use and made sure the grill had a full tank of gas. This house is in a quiet area, close to the beach and a nice walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. This house is a gem! Thank you Mark for everything and for helping my family make memories.

Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Perfect location for what we had planned: Blowing Waters, Jonathan Dickenson, Lighthouse and outdoor dining. We even stopped at Loggerhead Conservatory on our way home. Prompt communication with owner. Definitely recommend and return since only 1 1/2 from our house. This place was great!!!

A very special place on Florida’s East Coast!

Mark’s place was the perfect getaway for me and my dogs. We needed somewhere to go during Hurricane Idalia. It was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed cooking dinner and sitting out on the patio while my dogs enjoyed the yard. Hobe Sound was an amazing spot to visit. My top highlights were Blowing Rocks Preserve, dinner at Taylor Beach House, walking under the Banyan trees on bridge road, and going to the Jupiter Lighthouse. I highly recommend this house and area for all ages.

Quaintness at its finest

Nestled on a quiet street in the perfect location this cozy cottage felt like home. Beautifully decorated with every attention to detail right down to the palm tree house key! Big enough for a family of five and right around the corner from the beach and shopping. Love it and will return!

Relaxing Retreat - A Perfect Vacation Rental Home

This comfortable and quiet oasis was the perfect getaway for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The first thing that struck me about this rental home was its impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property. The interior was spotless, and everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. From the cozy living room to the spacious bedrooms, every inch of the house exuded comfort and tranquility. The furnishings and decor were tasteful and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and featured comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the privacy the home provided, as well as the well-maintained outdoor spaces. The backyard was a delightful haven, complete with a patio area and comfortable seating. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and all the necessary utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. Very Communicative and Conveniently Located

The property was just as shown on the listing, everything was in great working order and the host was extremely communicative. The house is located in proximity to the beach with a lovely walk down Bridge Road. I would stay here again in the future when I visit Hobe Sound
