It seems to be new construction. Very well kept house with beautiful murals in the Lilly Pulitzer theme. The whole house is very colorful. Nice big screen tv in the living room which is open to the kitchen/dining area. There is a door that walks out to a nice sitting area in back with fenced yard. Our two week stay was ver quiet and relaxing. They have everything you need for the stay and the host checks in to see if you need anything, we did not. It’s in a historic neighboorhood that on first glance might. It seem like a great area but all of the people we met were very nice. Hardly a car or person went by without a wave or saying hello. We walked the dogs multiple times a day. On Friday and Saturday around 11:00 a guy shows up with a BBQ pit on the corner or bridge road and Florida Ave. a 3-4 min walk. It’s really good BBQ. The Publix is a two minute drive and several good places to eat are along Bridge road. The beach is very dog friendly and a quick drive maybe two miles away straight down Bridge road which becomes a banion tree lined street as you get close to beach. Bathrooms and all fixtures, appliances are new and modern! It’s a very nice place to stay and we would definitely stay again.
