Combining a five-bedroom main house with a private self-contained studio, the property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with a queen bed in each of the six bedrooms.



Main House



The main home offers generous living and entertaining spaces with spectacular views across the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge and Hobart.



The fully equipped kitchen connects with the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming central space for preparing meals, sharing dinner and spending time together.



Multiple living areas throughout the home give larger groups plenty of flexibility. Gather together for a movie, find a quiet corner to relax, or simply sit back and enjoy the ever-changing outlook.

Wrest Point Casino and the Sandy Bay shopping and dining precinct are even closer. Sandy Bay Village offers Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, takeaway options, banks and other everyday essentials.



Spend a morning wandering through Salamanca Market, explore historic Battery Point, enjoy lunch overlooking the waterfront or catch the ferry from Brooke Street Pier to MONA. Many of Hobart’s major attractions are only a short drive from the property.
