Best house we stayed in.

We stayed a week everything was easy the bookings the check in. The house was beautifully presented with everything you need. We fit all the family grandparents to grandchildren. Had extended family over. Great use of out doors space. We loved it.

Visiting Hobart wooden Boat Show

Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 week stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Park on Park in Hobart Tasmania for nearly two weeks. It is evident the owners of this charming home take a great deal of pride in providing a comfortable stay for their guests. Steph and Matt go above and beyond in their customer service and care of the home and property. Love the combination of historical decor, antiques and modern amenities plus the abundance of books about this special island, history and things to do. Park on Park is in a great location just a short walk to the grocery store, Daci & Daci patisserie for lunch and take away and the beautiful Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens as well as plenty of walking trails nearby. We did not rent a car for the first while as it is a quick uber ride to downtown plus many sights and attractions including the waterfront and MONA. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts during our stay and they are both lovely, kind people and an absoulte delight to rent from. Well done Matt & Steph! Many thanks!

Art Deco vibe with all the modern conveniences

Spent a week in this fantastic home with a great art deco vibe. It has all the modern conveniences that ones looks for, super comfy beds and sofas. The location is so central to every thing and a short walk to Hill St Grocer which is a must visit if interested in foodie delights. Our host Matt and Steph offers amazing customer service.

superd accommodation

we arrived to a splendid home it was spotless & well equipped. With provisions in the Pantry & fridge to welcome us. the beds we really comfortable & came with electric blankets. the location was perfect for nearness to the city with out being in it. ease of traffic to get in & out of driveway. I would recommend it for a holiday home. the furniture & details in the building make it nicer than most average style homes.

Convenient Northside location

Chose to stay in Hobart this visit to Tasmania and this property served us well. Excellent cafes and dining options a short drive away in multiple directions. Easy to access main roads going north, east and south of Hobart.

Beautiful well located family home with all the comforts

Our Hosts were most accommodating to meet our needs with 2 grandchildren under 2 years old. The home is very spacious and very well appointed with beautiful oak trim throughout . Our Hosts provided us with some basic groceries to get us started which was most appreciated. The house is perfect for a large family with children. The back yard is enclosed, with a children’s playhouse and riding toys and an outdoor patio. The home is very well located with easy access to Hobart attractions by vehicle. Many thanks to our gracious Hosts for letting us enjoy their great home.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at this property. It was a gorgeous, homely house which was perfect for what we wanted. Close to everything, clean, comfy beds and bedding. Lots of lovely little essentials such as cereals, butter, bread and Tim Tams on Arrival. Owners communicated really well and were really helpful. Thanks so much and we will definitely recommend.

Federation meets Art Deco in style.

Lovely and spacious federation style home with Arc Deco style furnishings. Great position for a short drive into the CBD. Loved the comfortable beds and loungroom and the pantry inclusions were very generous. Definitely a home away from home and we'll certainly be back next tome we're in Hobart.

Amazing Family Accommodation

Lovely Art Deco house. Perfect set up for our group of 2 couples and 1 single all aged over 60. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Couldn’t fault it. The hosts supplied breakfast items like bread, cereal, tea, coffee etc. it was great. Loved everything about our stay there. It was the best house we stayed in during our Tasmania holiday. Will stay again next time we are in Tassie. Thank you Steph and Matt.

End of our Tassie trip

Big house with lots of room. Owners left treats in the kitchen for us. Kids loved the Tim tams. Big beds with electric blankets. Close to amenities. And easy to get back on the road and head to airport.

Absolutely brilliant

Our stay in Park on Park was even better than we expected.The house was so wonderful and it was so tastefully decorated in the deco style,and so well equipped for our group of 4 women - so much sow decided each night to stay home and eat in, as we felt so at home there.The owners Matt and Steph went above and beyond in helping us, that we were blown away with their kindness.The beds were super comfortable, the house super clean and cosy.Perfect in every way. Thank you soooo much.

Welcome Home

Everything was taken care of, towels, linen, soap, milk, bread, tourist info and brochures, loved the map showing us where the local shops were. Great location, lovely hosts, the house was clean and felt like home, we would stay again and recommend to family and friends.
