    The house is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, as well as amenities to ensure your relaxation after a day of exploration.

We provide a guitar and an electric piano for those who enjoy music. Additionally, you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on Netflix. The house is also equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. After a long day of outdoor activities, you can fully unwind and recharge in this tranquil space.



    As you step into our house, you'll immediately be captivated by the picturesque surroundings. The panoramic vistas of the valley and the sparkling ocean create a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.     Our house is along with 3 others, is located within a complex where we share a driveway. Please review the check-in guide we provide before checking in to avoid disturbing our neighbors. Please respect our neighbourhood, We appreciate your understanding.

    - Unit 3 is in the top left corner of the complex of 4 units, with a white number "3" sign and a colorful sign saying "Zenith Court's accommodation" on the wall facing the road. Please do not knock around asking for the right unit. If you are checking in late and/or checking out early (9PM to 7AM), please keep your voice low and minimize conversations until you are in the house so that our neighbours are not disturbed. We really appreciate your cooperation.





    -Please park according to the instruction with the link. Only one car can park in front of the garage. All remaining cars must park on the street. We appreciate your understanding.

A long overdue reset

Excellent position for us, quiet safe location, stupendous views, interesting local fauna.Once the local authorities sorted out their water pressure tampering issues, everything went swimmingly.Stayz support was excellent and reassuring.We were suitably impressed and have no hesitation in recommending the property for a very comfortable stayz

Host was great, quick response to questions & the view was great, however …Four people but only three coffee cups?Four people for seven days and we got 1 small bin liner. Rubbish bins were full to the brim when we arrived so we couldn’t put ours in. High shower over bath was dangerous for my 83 year old mother, not to mention the ridiculously steep driveway that was difficult to navigate both on foot and in the car. In desperate need of a freshen up - tired 70’s vibe. Back yard needs attention, holes in fence & overgrown apple tree blocking access down the stairs & piles of junk in the garden beds. New bathroom though so that was good.

3/10Same issues as previous review dated Feb 26, their concerns had not been addressed. Exhaust fan dirty, broken appliances in bedroom, only one extra pillow without pillowcase, two water glasses in kitchen cupboard, no balcony as advertised and was a selling point for us. Sheet covering garage window was first impression of property. Email to owners - no response. Would not recommend this property Ann and John

It was obvious that this place is for investment purposes with little thought to the guest's experience. It is located on a very steep incline that would be a challenge for any person who is overweight or with health issues. This was not mentioned at all. The plants growing outside the place gave were untended, overgrown and unsightly, an indication for what was to come. The picture used to advertise the place prominently showed a guitar. We were excited about that as one in our party loves playing guitar. There was no guitar. When we asked about this, the host told us to look in the closet. Clearly the host had no idea about the place as there was no closet with room for a guitar. To further solidify their lack of understanding of the place, when I informed them that there was no toilet paper holder, the host asked me which bathroom that was in. There is only one bathroom in the place! There were no pillows to sleep on in one bedroom, only decorative pillows not suitable for sleeping on. The windows could not be opened in the bedrooms which were stuffy. I told them about this and their response was to send them a picture of the locked window! I did and they did nothing about it. The furniture in the place is cheesy. Did not want to spend time there. We avoided the place except for sleeping. This place was a huge disappointment, not as advertised. The hosts were clueless about the property. I talked to 3 hosts, Brian, Bowen and Aaron, very confusing. Avoid this place.
