The property was only a short drive from the city and had all the amenities we needed. So it was pretty good for the price we paid. Our only issue was that we were on the ground floor apartment of the older part of the property and there was a family with small kids upstairs. For most of the days and nights, we could hear very loud footsteps when the residents were walking and running around the apartment and it was very distracting.

Great to be on the ground floor when you are travelling with big suitcases. Appartments are compact but have all the necessities. The oven worked perfectly for our baked loaded potatoes dinner, and it was nice to have access to a full sized fridge and freezer as well as laundry facilities. Always nice to be able to park your car right near your accomodation. Thanks :)

For work and pleasure. I have stayed in a lot of properties in several countries. I found this property, Graham Apartments exceptional in many areas – clean, complete, comfortable, like the coach and table, good for working, spacious. Many windows not offered an excellent view of Hobart, but let lots of natural light into the room. Nice to have 2 beds. Laundry facilities were useful. Staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly. Well recommended.

Stayed in the front section of the property and the room was very spacious, with comfortable bed, smart TV, block out curtains with privacy blinds and kitchen thoughtfully appointed, right down to sharp knives and a sandwich toaster. Located close to shops, (walking distance 500m) and close to Hobart CBD.

Our apartment was reasonably large and the property was in a quiet area of Hobart with a shopping centre 3mins drive or 10 minutes walk down the road.

Apartment spacious and well stocked. Only suggestion is that needs better heating. Small lounge heater only so bedroom cold and insufficient bedding. It was a very cold night but still surprised no heat pump or better heating.

Lovely 3 bedroom option. New carpet and kitchen and it smelled very clean when you opened the door. Excellent value for money.

The heater in room 19 doesn't work at all. Lucky the weather wasn't too cold. It would be rather concerning staying in this room in the winter without a heater.
