There should be one set of instructions rather than conflicting accounts received at different times. We were told in a first email not to throw out the rubbish unless there was a full bag, but a second said we should throw out the rubbish at the end of our stay. We didn’t receive the second message until we had returned home.
We were also concerned with how our blankets and sheets were handled after discovering blankets merely scrunched up and thrown into the closet. We also found the property in need of maintenance and minor upgrades such as regrouting moldy areas in the shower trays, adjustment of both shower tray doors so that they would close, replacement of thoroughly stained sofas, replacement or installation of proper drain covers in the shower trays, etc.
We also found safety issues such as loose hand railing for the steps descending to the rented property and significant over-growing of plants onto the steps.
