Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome."

"We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! "We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"We spent an enjoyable week at this rustic chalet. It has a nice mountain view and is down a quiet road with just a couple of other houses. The house had mostly everything we needed. The waffle maker was a big hit.The fridge had plenty of space and there was coffee, tea, sugar and misc spices available. (Note there is not a dishwasher or washing machine at the property, and the well water does have a sulfur odor - in case you aren't used to rural water quirks). The hot tub was nice to have,...

"This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!"

"Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!"

"What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. "The location is secluded and gorgeous. The cabin is adorable and beautifully decorated. We brought our dogs and they loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch watching the rain and relaxing on the deck. The garage area was a bonus. Would love to stay again in the fall. Cute towns to visit. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and unplug."

"En líneas generales estuvo muy bien, me asignaron una habitación en planta baja muy cómodo para mi a pocos pasos de la puerta de salida y del estacionamiento, agradezco mucho que acepten perros, los únicos puntos negativos, la ducha estaba un poco vieja el agua salía con poca presión es decir me tardaba un poco para bañarme y el olor a Marihuana bastante desagradable en el estacionamiento, siempre había dos dos o tres carros con gente fumando marihuana"
