Para nada una mala opción
El hotel es bastante correcto. Las habitaciones necesitan alguna actualización (sobre todo en enchufes, tv y sanitarios) pero son amplias y bastante limpias. La insonorización podria ser algo mejor, pero para ser HCM se puede descansar bastante bien. La ubicación es bastante buena si vas en viaje de turismo con el mercado de Benh Tanh a 2 mins y muchos restaurantes, centros de masaje y tiendas de alimentación en la misma calle y alrededores. La relación calidad-precio es indudablemente buena aunque compararía con alguna otra opción si vuelvo a Saigon. A pesar de indicarse que formaba parte del programa Silver de hotels.com, no se ofreció ninguna ventaja.

Me and my girlfriend have been traveling hotel to hotel for 2 months and we have yet to experience a worse hotel. We got to the hotel late as we had a late flight and when we got to the hotel it took the guy at the front 20 mins to get us checked in and he said the room we had booked was taken and offered us a free upgrade. We got settled into the room only to hear him knocking at the door at 2 am saying we needed to change rooms. The next day we noticed that our safe wasn’t working and when we asked for the front staffs help there was zero effort to fix the situation. We also didn’t have towels in the room and when we asked the front desk lady said there are no towels because house keeping had the day off. The water in the shower was ice cold night after night. When we first arrived I noticed there was damage to the hotel. I took photos of it just incase they tried to pull a quick one on us. They did. On the third night we came back to our hotel to notice that the sink was absolutely full of little bugs. So we took a video of it to show the front desk and the first thing she tried doing is blaming us for the cracked sink ignoring the hundreds of bugs in the sink. Luckily I showed her that I took photos the night I went into the hotel so she couldn’t say much after that. I’m not one to normally complain this is actually the first review I’ve ever written. But this hotel was exceptionally bad and you can get a much better experience for the same price else where.

タイミングによってはシャワーが全然熱くならなかったり(夜間に沸かしておくタイプ?)、部屋によっては内廊下側にしか窓がなかったり、壁が薄かったり、コンセントガバガバだったり、、、いろいろありますが、不潔ではないのでご安心を! 全て笑って「いい思い出だね」って言えるレベルです(笑) あ、コンディショナーは無い上に、備え付けのシャンプーは髪がキッシキシになるのでシャンプー&コンディショナーは必須です。(近所のコンビニで普通に買えます) フロントには必ず人が居て相談するといろいろ手伝ってくれます。 掃除のおばちゃんのキャラが最高です。 ペンタイン市場手前の人だかりができてる換金所はレートがいいのでオススメです。

近くにベンタイン市場やレストランもたくさんあり、立地は非常に良いです。 しかし、ホテルは良くありませんでした。毎日トイレがつまり、テレビは見れませんでした。水もミネラルウォーターではなく、瓶に入っていたため、飲めませんでした。 最後にトイレに行きたくなり、トイレを借りれるか聞きましたが、受付フロアにないため、トイレに行くことができませんでした。チェックアウトした人がトイレに行きたくなった場合、大変困ると思います。

The Novle Swan hotel location is good and close to many shopping and restaurants. Based on that alone, u would recommend this hotel. The staff were courtesy and good. They provide good guest service. As for the room, it was okay. The pictures on Expedia looks a lot better on the internet. There were basic amenities like a bottle class of water, 2 cups and a water kettle. The TV has great movie channels in English but every 30 minutes the cable shut off and i has to push the rest buttons. The bed was confortable for me which is very important. I would give this place a 3.5 but there is not such raring scale so a solid 3 ratings. I would stay here again innthe future for the proximity to everything. Ben Thanh is a 6 minutes walk.

実際にはノーブルスワン ニューワールドに宿泊しました。ホテル側の都合で移動することとなりました。探して辿り着いたのに移動、というのはしんどいです。他の方の口コミにもあったので、よくあることなのだとしたら、良くはないと感じました。 他は立地もよく便利、この価格なら十分なのでないでしょうか。

We had a great stay at the Noble Swan in Saigon. The place looks exactly like the photos, and the location is very central (walkable to many points of interest. I especially loved the service, the front desk was able to help me easily book an excursion to the tunnels and mekong delta, and help with the pickup directly from the hotel. Bonus points for the filtered water station in the lobby - we refilled our bottles here everyday instead of buying bottled water. We also arrived early and were able to store our luggage until the check-in time.

The staff made my stay very enjoyable, for they were both kind and helpful. They did a nice job of storing my things while to a trip to Da Nang for a week. Also, this hotel was very near the market which was perfect for shopping and snacking on some delicious Pho.

Liked: clean bed sheets, good staff service, good and convenient location, 2 min walk to Ben Thanh market. Dislike: water too hot. Had to try for around 10 mins to get to the right water temperature for a shower; no bottle water, no tissue box.

So for Saigon, this property is very good. I love the fact that it is just a short walk to the market. Also, everyone that works behind the desk is awesome. They also did a wonderful job of storing my luggage while I went back to Da Nang for a week. I would most definitely stay here again

毎晩騒音で眠れませんでした
このホテルは名前と住所が違っています。スタッフは親切ですが、深夜に大音量のマイクで歌を歌う人が近所にいて、目が覚めて眠れませんでした。何時間も続くのでスタッフに言いましたが、それは仕方がないと言う答えでした。

I was not a big fan of our stay. We booked an airport ride pickup with the hotel and got held up at immigration. They left and still wanted to charge us for the ride.

Little gem
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was very pleased that I was able to check in around 1am. My flight from the USA landed about 11:45pm and got to the hotel around 1am. The reception still took care of me which is great! I didnt have to deal with more stress from a 24hr trip. I booked the hotel on the app and then made sure to put in the note that I would be arriving at what time and date. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice,clean and comfortable. (pls people be reasonable it’s not a 5star) There is no breakfast but tons of places to eat near. I definitely would stay again.
