"This was the worst property by far in my 20 stays over my two month trip. The direction to find the property were none existent, the host was disconnected in timely communication, in finding the property and then locating keys was again vague and not clearly explained I wasted an hour of my day in just locating and gaining access. "The check in process went very smooth. Good communication, safe and secure building. Apartment itself was okay. We had two bedrooms. The main bedroom the bed was like sleeping on plywood it was very hard! Only two pillows in the whole place. The second bedroom the bed was the same but not even made or anything because there was only two of us and assumed we wouldn’t use it. The other thing was we stayed 3 nights and had a total of two towels. No hand towels or washcloths at all. Found...

"Apartment was not the one pictured. Mold all over the shower, walls and floor. Leaking bathroom sink. Busted up floors and wall in the main area. Broken falling curtains. Cheap pillows and uncomfortable bed. And to top it off the location wasn't even that good. "

"Second time staying in the Landmark Plus, I selected the locations from the map view. Specifically choose a unit on the opposite side of pearl district .. so we were surprised to be in The landmark plus unit. But the location is good just didn’t want to stay in that building again. The bed was comfortable and great AC, kitchen was stock to cook and the unit had a couch and table for eating. Unit was not decorated like the photos and bathroom was not clean to my wife expectations. We would say...
