The space
The apartment is located on the top floor of one of the most expensive apartment buildings in the city. Ho Chi Minh City, with a prime location right in the heart of Saigon, next to Ba Son Bridge and the Saigon River, is where Vietnam's largest concerts often take place. It's a 5-minute walk to the Creative Park, the Saigon River Park, and the center of the city's entertainment and art activities.

The apartment has a beautiful view of Ba Son Bridge, Saigon River and District 1, you can watch fireworks on city and national holidays right from the apartment balcony. Only a few apartments in the building have this expensive view.

Other things to note
- Please let us know if you have any special requests or need to check in early. We will try to provide maximum support as far as possible.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, even on the balcony.
- Do not bring pets or animals into the apartment, including on the balcony.
- No parties or loud noises in the apartment.
- Wash the kitchen and dining utensils with a dishwasher or by hand if used before check-out.
- Dispose of garbage and put used furniture back to its original place before check-out.
- Notify the host of any damage to the furniture as soon as it arises.
- Turn off all electrical devices (except the refrigerator) when leaving the apartment.
- If you lose your card, the cost of re-issuing the card is 10 USD/ card.
