"Great location, peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good stay. I would suggest a little more deep cleaning and some sort of instructions for operating the heat system . Possibly some temperature control before guest arrive . But otherwise a great cabin ,would stay there again when in the area . "

"What a perfect and beautiful place for a quiet and secluded getaway. I've been through some significant life trauma this year and desperately needed some peace. I happened to find this amazing listing, and it was such a blessing. Peg is the epitome of kindness, and you can't ask for a better host with better communication. "I stayed at Pheasant Cottage with my two dogs, and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the backyard is huge. The canoes are nearby, and the cottage is separated from the lodge so it feels secluded, even when the resort is fully booked. We'd love to come again! "

"This is our third time staying at this property and it is a great place to make family memories! Plenty of space, inside and out! We spent our days on the dock, on the large sandy beach, and in the water, and our nights in front of the large firepit with plenty of seating for all of us."

"The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families.The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft."
