"We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. "Great location in Fruita close to downtown. Completely renovated and extremely clean, everything new. Everything worked. Appreciated that there were two bedside tables, luggage stands, fan, heater, new everything for the kitchen and a few coffee pods as I brought ground coffee. Quiet."

"If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is perfect. After mountain biking at 18 Roads(35 minutes away) and Moab(90 minutes away), this was ideal for us 2 to relax afterwards. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy short drive away. A patio and chair overlooking the mesa in your backyard await. A trailhead to a beautiful hike is also across the street, literally. "This new property with both an RV park and tiny homes and classic airstreams to rent is overall a lovely design, directly on the river, has walking trails, and a very cute downtown area full of restaurants close by. Upon booking, the communication with the property was quick, efficient and pleasant. We had two reservations, one for an RV spot and one for a tiny home on the river. The RV experience was a flawless and enjoyable. however, there was a serious cleanliness issue with the tiny home. ...
