"Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Perth. On site facilities brilliant! Would definitely stay again!"

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"Muy buenas condiciones del Hotel, habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado"

"We booked here for the convenient location and the opportunity to catch up on a week's worth of laundry. Unfortunately, the washing machine had a mouldy odour that transferred to our laundry. The dryer also required maintenance. Management offered to let us use a washer and dryer in another unit, but this didn't fit with our plans to go sightseeing on our final day. "Muy amables"

"Really loved this hotel, comfy and great location. Enjoyed the communal working/eating lounge. Didn’t love having to leave my room to make a cuppa and it’s very noisy overnight, that was a surprise to me."

"Great location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms fairly basic but have everything you need."

"Proactive with communication."

"Buena ubicación (a una cuadra del train). Me hubiese gustado que el gimnasio estuviera en el mismo hotel. Buena señas de wifi"

"- After house check in very average: the call button to reception is not visible, nor is there a direct line of site the reception desk - so had to wait awhile - Room service has very limited hours - No mini bar available - which should be standard for the price of the room - No iron/ironing board in room - had to use the hotel app to get one delivered - Lovely room but not a fan of the ensuite door/toilet being right next to the bed"
