"足の不自由な母がいると伝えたところ、エレベーターを降りてすぐのお部屋を用意していただけとても助かりました。小上りのあるお部屋でしたが、段差の所等に手摺りがあり快適に過ごせたようです。また大浴場には、足の不自由な人用に、シャワーの所に座面の高いイスがおいてあったり、お風呂用の車いすがあったりと、配慮されていました。 食事は、夕食は追加料理を頼みませんでしたが充分な量で、おいしくたくさんいただきました。 部屋から見える恵那峡の景色はとてもきれいでした。 また近くまで行ったら利用させていただきたいです。"
