"Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."

The bathroom had major issues — the toilet was clogged, there was a bad smell in the room, and the basin was also not working properly.
