"新タワーの宿泊だったのでロビーから綺麗で高級感がありました。スタッフ対応もとても感じ良かったです。部屋は写真より狭く感じたのですが、夜中のチェックインで素泊まりだったので、問題はありませんでしたが、駅前だからか夜中に遅い時間まで外で大声で騒いでいる人がいたりもしたのが気になりました。 ひとつ残念だったのが、バスタオルがゴワゴワでタバコのような焦げついた匂いがした点です。"

"We wish there was one more table and chair available. Other than that it was very clean, lots of supplies like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels. Very close and walkable to Tokorozawa station and restaurants. We would stay there again thank you."
