Muy mala la habitación cuando entré había dos camas y una de ella estaba como si se hubieran acostado en ella el piso con basura sin luz solo tenía una en el baño y la del espejo no encendió el baño sin cortina y la bañadera se tupía y se llenaba completa de agua no fui inmediato a la recepción por que llegué solo para quedarme que mi hijo se casaba y no quería estresarme pero la habitación 226 no se la recomiendo a nadie tienen que mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento ahhh en la madrugada cuando llegué tenía mucho polin todo la baranda del barcon

Front desk muy amable, pues nos dieron un cuarto para no fumadores y el mismo olía a cigarrillo y el inmediatamente nos cambio a otro cuarto. Todo estaba limpio. Un poco deteriorado el baño. Pero por el precio está bien.

Pammy was there when I got off and she is absolutely stellar. If you stay here, the difference between her service and and every other front desk associate will be obvious. You hired a gem Suburban studios. Between Pammy the big refrigerators, diligent housekeeping and great rates I am glad I stayed here

If Pammy is working the front desk, you'll get great service. The rooms are big and comfy and so is the bed. Housekeeping does a great job too

Nice room it was big and clean and no pest. Had refrigerator and microwave but no coffee pot but a cup and instant coffee and you are good to go. For the cheaper rates no coffee was not an issue at all. Customer service was good.

Bed was comfortable but has a weird noise everytime you sit or get up. The remote was not working. And front dest did not have any batteries to replace. However the ladies on the front desk gave me a remote from another room. The problem was, that it was not configured with the TV. The smell on the hotel wasn't pleasant either. I checked out 1 night ahead of time.

The cops were called on the people staying next to us for getting into a fight over drugs. We had to ask management for the remote for the television twice since there was none in the room and then the first one they gave us didn't work. The refrigerator had milk spilled in it and was not cleaned they're also dead bugs smooshed all over the bathroom door.

Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the room had not been turned over. There were towels laying around, trash, bedding was disturbed. At that time I returned the keys and declined any further stay at the property. I will be seeking a refund through expedia. I think If there's not enough staff to turn over rooms, that is a problem. Also there was no "MOD" indicated, as the placard in the lobby was blank. Whoever is the manager is responsible for this shortcoming. The lobby attendant was great, no complaints from her.

Terrible. Lights didn't work. Toilet was broken. the bed made noise on every movement. Other guests were extremely loud. I would gone to another hotel but the reservation was nonrefundable.

My hotel room did not have any trash cans. And the person staying in the room next door to me had two dogs that kept barking very loudly all night, so I could not get any rest! The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean, but def not deep cleaned as it should have been.

The bed was making so much noise every time you move no microwave in one room now of my rooms had no phone no iron and no tv remotes in either room went downstairs and talk to the front desk for a remote and the guy gave me a handful of remotes and told me to check and see if one of theses works
