"Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!"

"Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5."

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. "Well located to shops and city center."

"Hicimos una ruta en coche desde Liverpool a Londres y paramos en este hotel para visitar Upon Avon. Es grande, nuevo y con aparcamiento gratis. Es muy tranquilo y el desayuno estupendo. Para repetir "

"good value for money close to west midlands safari park"

The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...
