About this accommodation<br>This sunny apartment with a balcony, located on the 2nd floor, is right in the heart of Himmelpforten. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the bakery and shopping options.<br>By train, you can reach downtown Stade in 11 minutes and Hamburg Central Station in 70 minutes. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away.<br><br>A monitor is available for work.<br><br>You can charge your electric car right at the parking lot. The current rate is 35 cents per kWh.<br>The apartment was completely renovated 3 years ago and is fully equipped; it offers everything you need. The bathroom features a rain shower, and a washing machine is available for use. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A dining table for 4 people and a fridge-freezer are provided.<br><br>A monitor on the wall provides a workspace, complemented by Wi-Fi (100 Mbit). A long Ethernet cable is also available.<br><br>The living room features a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to provide an additional sleeping space. You can place a mattress topper on the couch for a more comfortable night’s sleep. LG 55-inch Smart TV, DVD player, and a selection of DVDs for all ages. A few toys and games are in the closet.<br><br>The bedroom features a box-spring bed for the parents, as well as a bunk bed (90x200) for the children or an adult. It’s also possible to have the children sleep in the bedroom while the parents sleep on the sofa.<br><br>The large balcony is sunny, south-facing, and furnished with a table and 4 chairs.<br><br>All windows, except for the bathroom, are equipped with exterior blinds, so you can sleep soundly. The house is in a quiet location, set back a second row from the street. A large playground is just a few meters away.<br><br>Guest access<br>You can retrieve the key from a key safe, allowing for flexible arrival times. <br><br>Additional important information<br>My private wallbox (11 kW) is available to electric car drivers. You will be charged for the kWh used, which you’ll need to pay upon departure. Please bring your own charging cable.<br><br>You can store your bicycles in my basement. The key is inside the apartment.
