Kitchen had everything we needed, host was responsive, the unit was so well located! Easy to access from parking lot, steps from the beach and pool! The beach locker had everything we needed! Corner unit was great because it was so quiet, never heard any noise from other units. We hope to come back again!

This location is perfect for walkers. Both beach and street were among the best we've experienced and early March weather amazing! A clean, quiet condo, comfortable bed, appliances all working- washer fine for small loads. Loved it!

The condo was clean and roomy with nice furniture and provided plenty of kitchen cookware. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The condo overlooks the pool as described in the listing with a table on the balcony convenient for eating outside. Check in was easy and convenient. The garage made loading and unloading easy especially since it was raining. We’ve been coming to HHI for many years and this was the best location yet.

GREAT CHOICE

Excellent facilities, landscaping, very nice, excellent location. Had a little difficulty arriving because the Windsor Place signage was not clear, partially covered with foliage, especially at night.

It was a lovely setting. The door to the balcony needs a handle on the outside; it was almost impossible to open from the outside once you closed the door.

Great Birthday Weekend

First time to Hilton Head and could not have had a better time. The Condo we booked was as advertised and very comfortable. Easy beach access and plenty to do. Will look to stay here again.

HHI Annual Adventure

This property exterior was very well maintained. Unfortunately the unit interior missed the mark. The beach locker and underground parking were a real plus. However, many of the items in the beach locker were soiled or broken. The spacious unit interior needs an update to the furnishings and cabinets. This unit has a lot of potential, but we will not book it again. Overall good location and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location. Everything was great. My only critique is that the track for the sliding doors onto the balcony need to be cleaned and/or replaced. It is not easy opening the sliding door. Other than that everything was very nice.

Disappointing

We were very disappointed with how dirty the unit was. When we first arrived, we found dishes still in the dishwasher, particles of food stuck to the dishwasher baskets, sand all over the bottom of the shower, mold around the rims of the sink, dead bugs around the perimeter of the walls making us think our rooms wasn’t cleaned, despite the beds being made and fresh towels. What I was most disappointed by was two weeks prior to our stay, after the final payments made, we received the welcome letter which included a list of things that were wrong with the property, including “smells,” a kitchen cabinet that is broken and barely opens, and bugs. I’m confused why they just don’t fix those issues as it seems misrepresented in the initial add for the unit. I did notify the manager of the issues during our stay to which they instructed me to take it up with housekeeping, which felt unhelpful. I’ve been going to Hilton Head for years and this location is great, however, I now realize this unit is way overpriced for the cleanliness, lack of updates, and for not having an ocean view.
