Could have been perfect

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful area however there were some issues, both major and minor.Minor: the patio furniture is old and gross, the sheets were pilly and rough, the water shut off our last day there, the elevator stopped working, the water featured in the kids pooled turned off early each dayMajor: for half of our stay, our window with the view was covered. I contacted Vacasa to either have us moved or get a refund and I am STILL waiting on a resolution. I will never book a Vacasa property in HHI again. The main line support is responsive, however the local office is impossible to get in touch and is not offering any form of compensation for the time in which the window was covered. I specifically picked this unit for the view because I needed to be working for part of the day and I am beyond disappointed that the view did not exist and Vacasa is unwilling to provide any sort of remediation

Fall Break 2023

We had a wonderful time meeting up with friends from Minnesota for a quick get away to Hilton Head. The property was lovely, had a beautiful view, and a terrific location for activities and beach access. I would stay their again without hesitation.

The property was beautiful. The condo was very nice the patio was not very nice, There were some sort of bug nests all over the back deck. It needs some work.

Absolutely wonderful

we will be back.. It was fabulous, clean, handy and beautiful. We biked, we swam and we sat on the balcony till bed and then went back first thing in the morning to watch the sunrise! I can’t wait until my next trip to Windsor Place❤️

This place is my new FAV for HHI! The proximity to the beach is so close.

Special touches that make you feel just at home! The views are spectacular. The condo is one of the closest to the beach I have seen in HHI. VERY CLEAN

Great location - basic / functional property

Five stars for location. The property is very functional and maintained well. The unit itself was clean and functional, but too sparse for the price point. No hangers, no beach towels, and a very sparse check in kit provided by the property manager. One towel, one bar of soap, one roll of paper towels, nothing in the kitchen in terms of starting kit (e.g., coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.). If you were driving and packing a car load of stuff with you and can bring everything, it’s OK However the set up really is “bring everything”. Several annoying maintenance issues within the condo itself (TV sound not working, remotes not working, Linens for the pull out sofa not provided, pillows we are few and mediocre, etc.) but after calling them property manager to follow up on a few other items, it just wasn’t worth the bother anymore. That is not to say the property manager was not friendly, responsive, etc. Our disappointment was more around the message, it’s a basic package and that’s all we can do. Again, for the price point and location, We expected a step up from where it was. You were paying for the location and the view, and get a comfortable functional condo in return.

Renovated and relaxing

I have stayed in several different condos in Palmetto Dunes. This is my new favorite. I made sure to keep the info for future use. Recently renovated and done VERY WELL! My only complaint is that the bathrooms were not part of the renovation project. That being said the existing bathrooms were clean and in good shape. So definitely not a deal breaker. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner upon arrival and washing machine had a funky smell which kept me from giving 5 starts on cleanliness. We checked in after hours and were easily able to follow instructions and retrieve our parking passes and info. I was disappointed that we did not receive code to pool entrance. We had to rely on people inside the pool to gain access. This was frustrating. I did call the rental co. to obtain but was unable to reach anyone. Again-these were minor issues. Overall-loved the condo and plan to come back!

Property is beautiful! The condo is decorated beautifully and the view is amazing.

We loved the property but didn’t feel like the property manager gave us all of the information necessary at check in, like the pool code or check out procedures. When picking the “welcome packet” up from the office, the woman was unfriendly. Also, the TV in the master bedroom flickers.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Right by pool with short distance to beach my 2 year old had no problem walking to every day. Room was even better than photos suggested. It was huge, my family of 5 fit comfortably but I probably could have another two kids in there easily. We travel a lot and in the last decade or so of traveling to different cities along the coast, this has been my absolute favorite site for all the reasons listed above. Spacious, stylish, clean, location to beach and pool. Driving home tonight with a happy heart.
