Had an absolutely wonderful trip to Hilton Head thanks to David and Lisa. The space is beautifully decorated (I was especially a fan of the paintings in the bathroom and kitchen), there was a full bookshelf which my wife loved, and even a set of DVDs and a DVD player (we watched My Cousin Vinny). David responded incredibly promptly to all my questions throughout the week and even went above and beyond when I asked about extending our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the island!

Great condo! The view was outstanding. It met all of my needs. Short walk to the beach from the condo. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Updates were nice. It was pretty far from the elevator, but it was still worth it for the view to climb the stairs. I would definitely recommend this condo. Saving it for my future trips to HHI. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful condo.

It was very nice staying at the resort. We only had a problem with the stairs and us being on the third floor and quite a way from the elevator. We knew about that before we booked, but because of our health problems, we had a rough time handling the steepness of the stairs. (David had informed us before we booked.)

Excellent property! There is only 1 elevator in each building, but the stairs were easy to maneuver. Overall great experience! The property owners were very nice as well! Definitely will be back again!

Sun and Ocean

The unit is well maintained. The owner David responded and attended to an issue we had very promptly. Lovely balcony with a view of ocean. Perfect for morning coffee. The only downside was the amount of stairs. This unit is on the third floor. The one elevator is on the other side of a rather long building, making it difficult for loading and unloading bags and groceries.

Paradise island

This was our 6th trip to HH but the first time at this resort. We just love the tranquil atmosphere of the island. The apartment was great & the proximity of the pool and the beach were great. Everything we needed was there. We had tickets for the final day of RBC Heritage and the apartment was a short drive to where we had to park to get the bus to the event. Overall a great trip & we will definitely be back & would consider this resort again.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club

This was our second stay at this unit. We love it......the condo is clean and well equipped.The location is convenient . The host David has been very responsive.We would definitely return to this unit and recommend it to others..

Fantastic Condo just steps from the pool, bike paths, and ocean.

This place has an awesome view of the ocean. It is so close to the pool and ocean. There are lots of great bike trails and parks to hike at. The condo is furnished with everything you need and provides a comfy bed and furniture. We have come a few times to Hilton Head, but this place was the best condo we have ever stayed at. We love that the area is not as busy as the other locations we stayed at. Hilton Head Tennis and Beach does not allow e-bikes, but we could just unload them at the park and ride all over the island. If you are coming to Hilton Head, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Fall Break/Mom Break Island Getaway

The property location was PERFECT! The island location was fantastically close enough to our great dining adventures, ice cream & thrift shops. Most importantly daily beach visits were STEPS away. The table under the tv was absolutely wonderful for puzzle piecing efforts. We will happily return to this spot!!

Perfect Getaway

This property was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Check-in process was flawless. The unit was perfect for a couple. Additionally, the pool and beach area were extremely nice and accommodating. We also liked the fact that there were restaurants so we didn’t necessarily have to leave the property. We will definitely consider staying here in the future
