    Unwind in the comfy king bed, enjoy smart TVs in both rooms, and stay connected with WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze, whether you're cooking in or enjoying takeout. Relax on your private balcony with a partial ocean view, or take in the pool view from the front door.

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We provide two free beach bikes and beach chairs.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect condo for my husband and me! Close to beach and restaurants. Didn't had to drive our car anywhere. Loved the beach chairs, so comfy and the bikes came in handy! Awesome stay!

Great location

The property was well located to the beach and shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen had enough supplies. The property is one of the apts closest to the main road so you occasionally hear road noise and the apt complex dumpster pick up at 6:15 am twice during our stay. The property manager was very responsive to messages. This is a very family friendly property.

Quick Getaway

We love staying at Seaside Villas for the easy access to the beach. The villa was very nice and the host was amazing. The thoughtfulness of leaving us ocean themed cookies was a surprise and appreciated. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thanks Kendal.

The room was very clean and well kept. Close walk to the beach. The room was a little smaller than expected, but perfect for 2 people. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and were communicative and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

This ocean Villa is very nice. Perfect location and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the porch for having coffee and breakfast. We loved riding the bikes on the beach early mornings. The Villa was everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Seaside Villas

We enjoyed staying at Seaside Villas. It is perfectly located near a plaza with restaurants and shops. The bikes were great. Just wish we had known that the condo was so close to the roadway and the trash.
