Nice place

The room was accurate as described in the listing. Clean and affordable. Only one issue during our stay, which had nothing to do with the owner/lister...the elevator broke during our stay so when leaving it was aggravating trying to get all our luggage and beach stuff down the stairs, especially since traveling with 3 kids. Other than that, we really enjoyed the facility.

Great Long Weekend Beach Getaway

Everything was wonderful! Location, resort amenities, proximity to beach, villa amenities, two restaurants/bars onsite, beach gear, plentiful parking - no complaints from us! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would return.

Quiet and convenient beach stay

Our family stayed here for spring break. The condo was just as pictured. The resort itself looks a little more worn than the photos showed, but it didn't stop my kids from enjoying the pools, small game room and the beach. We used one of the on-site charcoal grills one evening and that was fun. This room doesn't have much of a view, but we mainly just used it to sleep and eat in so we didn't mind. The walk to the beach was not very long, but long enough that you want to make sure you have all your stuff before you head to the beach. There is a courtesy shuttle that drives people on the boardwalk if mobility is an issue. There was plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to use to haul beach things. There was an umbrella, but we didn't use it. It looked a little worn so I'm not sure if it would even expand. There were also sand toys and floats as well as a boogie board and skim board. All in all we had a low-key stay, ate at some good local places, and enjoyed watching the dolphins at the beach. If you're looking for a place that's a good home base but with no frills, this is it!

Hilton Head Island is the best (close) place on Earth

This resort is a long time fave for my family. It is an older resort. Most condos here like this one have been updated. We’ve stayed on property 4 years in a row (all different condos). If you are looking for a view from the rental this is not the unit for you. Also be prepared to walk the boardwalk to the beach. As a family we thoroughly enjoy this time to spot all the wildlife right here under your nose. The unit itself was fine. The master bath is small and the toilet paper roll was annoying (it fits right about armpit level for me), but we don’t ever plan to stay long inside the condo. We did cook dinner in several nights (holiday weekend) and had everything we needed. This unit also provides a locker with beach chairs, cart, umbrella, toys. So you wouldn’t really need to bring anything. It was also right off the path to the beach. Another super plus. Entry to it and condo was very simple. We rented bikes this year for the first time and highly recommend. Also highly recommending doing this ahead of your arrival to save time. Family vacay at its finest. I would rent this unit again. The management staff is stellar. All in all good choice. Now get booked and get to the Island!!

Caution

This condo was extremely dirty. We had to clean it from top to bottom. We almost checked out but we didn't think we would be able to just book something else on the spot. We had to get the bed sheets changed because there was black hair in our beds. It was disgusting. We definitely left it better than we found it. I would not stay there again.

Hilton Head girls trip

This was perfect for a girl's trip get away. The condo was very nice (the second bedroom would also be great for a family with kids), the board walk made it easy to get to the beach. Plenty to do, places to walk, and great places to eat. The highlight was the sailing trip, lots of dolphins were out showing off!

HHR was lovely Would like to have known more about the location on the island and a more accurate description of the walk to the beach. The dishes and cookware were sparce and disorganized The pool was very murky everyday. Great spot on beach!

Have stayed at the property before and really enjoy this spot on the island. The boardwalk is long, but not terrible with a wagon to carry all the stuff. The lockers are a great addition to kept the sandy items outside. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortably held the 6 of us. We had a great trip!

Very quaint villa!

We loved this villa! The only negative was the master bathroom was super tiny. I am 5’2 and was cramped while sitting on the toilet and had to lean to the right towards the tub because the toilet paper holder was in the way of the toilet. The hall bathroom was much better so we all used that. Other than that, the villa was great!
